Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

1. Commitment: GlobalMarketFX is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and financial crime. We comply with international AML standards and local regulations.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC): We verify the identity of all clients through government-issued ID, proof of address, and source of funds documentation before granting full account access.

3. Customer Due Diligence (CDD): We assess the risk profile of each client and apply enhanced due diligence for high-risk clients, including politically exposed persons (PEPs).

4. Transaction Monitoring: We continuously monitor transactions for suspicious activity, including unusual trading patterns, large deposits/withdrawals, and rapid fund movements.

5. Suspicious Activity Reporting: We report suspicious transactions to relevant Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs) as required by law. We do not inform customers of such reports.

6. Record Keeping: We maintain transaction records and KYC documentation for a minimum of 5 years from the date of the transaction or account closure.

7. Sanctions Screening: We screen all clients against international sanctions lists (OFAC, EU, UN) and restrict access for sanctioned individuals or entities.

8. Employee Training: All employees receive AML training upon hiring and annual refresher training to ensure compliance.

9. Reporting Obligations: If you suspect any illegal activity on our platform, report it immediately to compliance@globalmarketfx.com.
