Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance: By opening an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to open a trading account in your jurisdiction.

3. Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. One account per person.

4. Trading: All trades are executed at your own risk. We act as counterparty to your trades through our personal MT5 master account. Prices, spreads, and execution are subject to market conditions.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals: Deposits are processed within 24 hours (manual approval for bank transfers). Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days after verification.

6. Bonuses: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. We reserve the right to revoke bonuses for fraudulent activity.

7. Prohibited Activities: Money laundering, terrorist financing, market manipulation, scalping during low-liquidity periods, and any illegal activity are strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for losses arising from market conditions, force majeure, technology failures, or your trading decisions.

9. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Comoros Union.

10. Amendments: We reserve the right to amend these Terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
